Minneapolis, MN – On July 21st, 2022, Finance & Commerce presented its prestigious Top Projects Award to Mark Lambert and the Summit Management Team for their achievements in the construction industry and the development of the Vue at BlueStone, in Duluth. 

(Sturgeon Lake, MN) Sand Lake Resort has approved plans for a new resort reconstruction. The preliminary plans have been developed by ESG Architecture & Design along with Summit Management and approved by Windemere Township.  The proposed 4 story resort will feature 49 lodge rentals ranging from alcove, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Summit Management currently owns and operates the resort.

(Duluth, MN) Summit Management closed on its construction financing and will start construction of VUE at BlueStone, Duluth’s newest high-end community, later this month.

(Stillwater, MN) Summit Management, Developer, Mark Lambert, has big visions for an amenity-rich community coming to Stillwater. 

Stillwater based Summit Management is proud to announce its newest apartment community—Timber Ridge Luxury Apartments.
