The Greater Stillwater Chamber of
Commerce celebrated the Grand Opening of Stillwater Commons by Summit
Management, at a ribbon cutting on May 30, 2019. The event took place
in their new location at 6770 Stillwater Blvd N, Stillwater. Over 100 Summit
Management employees, staff, friends, Chamber Ambassadors, elected
officials and Chamber staff were there to join in the celebration. The
Stillwater-based Summit Management broke grounds almost a year
to the day ago on their new office building, Stillwater Commons.
Stillwater Commons is Stillwater’s
newest office building since 2004. Stillwater Commons is a 13,500 square foot
high-end professional retail/commercial building on the corner of Stillwater
Boulevard and Croixwood Boulevard. This new structure is home to Summit
Management’s new corporate office, which is 3,749 square feet, and
features six large offices, two conference rooms, full kitchen, a state-of-the
art fitness room, and more. The building currently has three spaces of varying
sizes available for lease for commercial or retail businesses, with amenities
such as; mixed-station fitness facility for tenant use, ample off-street
parking, and an outdoor patio with a barbecue grill. Summit Management was
housed on Main Street in Stillwater for many years. Summit Management owns and
operates several properties throughout the state of Minnesota. From luxury to
student apartments to manufactured home communities, their focus is on
providing residents with great housing.
Owner Mark Lambert said, “We are so
excited to make this long-term commitment to the Stillwater community. Our new
home will also bring more new jobs and growth to the area. It’s a win-win!” The
Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce was proud to be a part of the Grand
Opening of this new addition into our community and are excited and thankful
