Temporary Full Time Employment

Summit Management is looking for staff to assist with summer work at our Duluth apartments. Full time positions run May-August with possible continued part time work throughout the school year. Available positions include cleaning, painting, maintenance, and grounds work.

Cleaning staff is responsible for cleaning apartments after resident move outs. Work includes general cleaning as well as shampooing carpet, washing windows, moping, and vacuuming.

Painting staff is responsible for touch up and repainting of unit interiors after resident move outs. Additionally, they work on building interior and exterior projects throughout the summer. Any experience with cutting in, rolling, drywall repair, and texturing a plus but not required.

Maintenance staff is responsible for assisting regular maintenance staff with turnover of apartments. Light electrical, plumbing, trim work, repairing window screens, replacing damaged doors and other repairs on the interior and exterior of buildings.

Grounds staff is responsible for mowing, trimming, pruning trees/bushes, seeding, mulching, spraying weeds, and irrigation repairs. Experience operating mowers, skid steers, and other grounds equipment a plus but not required.

Compensation ranges from $10-12/hr based on experience.
